This project continued my Algorithmic Integration series under the guidance of Professors Freyhwot and Pless. It was designed to strengthen my skills in case study analysis while preserving the themes that connect the broader series, including complexity theory, artificial intelligence, and socio-technical systems analysis.

The project used the AEIS 2026 conference format as its organizing structure. Working within that framework required me to narrow a broad systems question into a focused examination of how artificial intelligence infrastructure becomes embedded within health system governance, institutional coordination, and service delivery.
